For context, my television has HEAPS of space on It, months or a year ago an update to the UI made moving on the menu super slow and laggy for me, has anyone else found this to be the case?

Strictly referring to the australian GFN.

So i vaguely remember watching a series during the mid 2010s or late 2010s on youtube of this villain and an assistant or evil partner that was short and he wore a black suit with a white formal shirt and red tie, his skin was brown and his face proportions were normal but his head was huge like megaminds, he might've had red pupils, i remember a scene of them walking down a hallway.
