I had shoulder surgery in early June and am on summer break, so I’ve spent the last 5 sedentary weeks binge watching ER, which I had never seen and knew nothing about. While watching The Pitt a few months ago, I learned that Noah had played Carter on ER, so I decided to check it out.

I loved it SO MUCH. I cried all the damn time, fell in love with so many characters, learned a ton, and decided to investigate a career in medicine. I’m considering med school after I graduate in two years, but I’m also considering becoming a perfusionist or a dosimetrist.

I know a lot of people who watch The Office as a background-playing comfort show. I think that is going to be ER for me. I am so sad it’s over but I’m so grateful I can watch it as much as I want!

I need to explain the backstory here so please bear with me.

I’ve been sorting through my mom’s cluttered garage and came across a keepsake/memento box that had someone’s high school student from the 1990’s. I figure it belongs to this person, and so I’ve been trying to find her online so I can reach out to see if I can mail it back to her. I don’t know how it ended up 3+ hours north of her reported city, but I do know if someone found something like this of mine, it would be such a joy to get it back.

I think I’ve located the correct person, but the only place I’ve found a way to reach her is through LinkedIn, but the site is telling me a need a premium account to send her a message.

I was wondering if someone wouldn’t mind helping me with this task - a quest, even. All you would need to do is send her a message on LinkedIn, explaining that a stranger found a box of postcards, bookmarks, similar items, and her high school ID, and ask her to contact me through her preferred method if she’d like me to mail it to her.

A college student who misses her own memento box she buried in the backyard of her childhood home and never found it before she had to move.

Is there somewhere in town that specializes in antique jewelry appraisal? Looking for someone that is willing to do research on and appraise a unique piece of jewelry.

I’m graduating from Shasta College at the end of the month and want to celebrate with around 10-20 guests. I’m in my thirties and don’t have space to host in my home.

It would be on a Friday night, probably starting around 9pm, and would last 1-2 hours. Just looking for a small space with good food and alcohol options, but also allows kids so my nieces and nephews can join.

I know Fratelli’s might be an option, but I had a birthday party there recently and want to try something new. Either a reserved space or a restaurant would be great, but I’m having a hard time coming up with ideas. I’d love your suggestions! Thanks!
