Which one should I choose? If I go with a CR/CD head piece, my SPD drops but my damage increases. Which one is better?

All I wanted was to lose the 50/50 for Mortenax Blade, but Silver Wolf wouldn't let me go.

I plan to use these until I complete the new relic set pieces.
