Console to PC. Need Help!!!! ASAP

So I got a new pc and downloaded Apex from Steam and didn't open it. I haven't downloaded the EA app. I need detailed help to setup my ps4 account to pc ASAP. It would mean a lot to me. Im gonna hop on with my bro after a year or so. Please help me ASAP
