(USA) Planning to visit Seattle-Tacoma for a railfanning trip during August,asking about weather conditions,best railfanning spots and times,and on a 700-1000 budget what transportation works with traveling from Seattle-nearest scenic spot on columbia river gorge by Vancouver depot(WA side)

min 3 days. Around Seattle-tacoma area I Would like to ride the bus to railfan spots and model train stores,but thinking of renting a car or other mode of transportation to Vancouver-nearest scenic town east of Vancouver,WA.

Lived in Vegas for 10 years(things were definitely different back then plus I was younger),moved out then recently moved back in for school and living near family ,yet lately it appears study,work,gym,staying home,occasional hangouts with co workers,then eat or shopping alone can get lonely,yet majority of the time ,I am at peace. Is that normal?
