Title - Auto Vikas Faridabad damaged my Punch CNG in custody, tried to hide it, and refuses a full fix!

Vehicle: Tata Punch iCNG (RJ42CA9892)
Dealership: Auto Vikas Sales & Service, Faridabad
NCH Docket: 10369575 | Tata Ref: 5-193201647911
Detail Incident:
On October 9th, 2026, my car suffered rear-end damage inside the workshop while in custody at Auto Vikas Faridabad. To make matters worse, the workshop staff actively tried to conceal the damage during vehicle delivery instead of informing me transparently.

The Current Issue:
After multiple escalations via NCH and X (Twitter), the dealership sent a partial repair proposal agreeing ONLY to replace the tailgate assembly.

They are outright ignoring/refusing written coverage for:

  1. Lower Reverse Light Unit: Damaged in the lower bumper during the impact.
  2. HSRP Number Plate: Visibly bent/damaged.
  3. Courtesy Vehicle: They are asking to keep my car for 6 days without providing any loaner vehicle, causing severe daily transit inconvenience.

My Demand:

  1. 100% written confirmation to replace ALL damaged parts (Tailgate + Lower Reverse Light + Number Plate) using genuine OEM parts at ZERO cost to me (No NCB/Insurance impact).
  2. Provision of a courtesy loaner car for the entire 6-day workshop period.

***
**🚨 UPDATE / ADDED NOTE:**
The service center is currently pressuring me to hand over the vehicle for 6 days while completely refusing to document or cover the damaged lower reverse light and bent number plate in writing. Dealerships shouldn't be allowed to cause workshop damage, attempt a cover-up, and then force the customer to bear transit loss with a partial fix!

Has anyone faced similar partial-repair proposals from Auto Vikas or Tata service centers? How did you force them to provide full coverage?
