Already read, the Hellequin Chronicles and the demon accords, tried vampire academy but not my vibe... Though I love good love side with adventure stories.

I love those games there used to be in which you could evolve a city and see it change aesthetically into a new level of strength.

I don't mind spending on no adds or stuff but no over paying to win stuff please.
