I stay in India and I'm getting oneplus 13s (12+256) and Samsung s23 (12+128) for almost the same price. I'm leaning towards oneplus but I'm worried about its future as it's getting shut down in many countries

I am from ISE and I had a very bad teacher for 1st sem and our current python teacher is bad too. I feel They kinda target us. These teachers hate me and my friends, and we can't stand them too. So I wanna know will they continue to take classes for the future sems too
