Styrofoam Cup (Sunset Sherbet x GMO) by @teamelitegenetics Appearance: Aesthetically speaking, this is absolutely stunning flower. The coloring is incredible. There are several shades of greens and purples, from pale green, bright, and dark green. As well as purples, from mauve, lavender, royal, and deep dark purps. All that combined with lots of long, thin, bright orange hairs and completely coated in white frost that picks up a jaw dropping golden hue when exposed to sunlight. One of my favorite parts of this flower is the way the pale greens compliment the light purple, while covered in a thick coating of white frost and speckled with amber trichs. It is absolutely beautiful, and I could stare at these nugs all day. Nose/Flavor: Opening the jar I get loud, pungent notes that waft up to my nose. That pungency is washed with a soft gas with distinct notes of vanilla bean and hints of chocolate chip cookie dough. This is one of my favorite dessert strains. I get the most flavor through a joint. On the inhale I get heavy gas, and on the exhale I get a lip smacking pungent flavor. Effects: This one is listed as a full indica, and for good reason. The effects take hold pretty fast. It starts building behind the eyes, and slowly makes its way down through your whole body. All my stress an muscle aches washed away. The pain from the work day as well as my daily chronic pain were fairly muted. I was able to walk without limping, though not far. Not due to pain or anything like that, I was just feeling too lazy to want to get up off my ass and do anything, unless there was food involved. This is definitely a mood elevator as well. After smoking a bit I’m just happy and in a great mood. Nothing really seems to bother me. After another rip or two out of the chillum and I was ready for bed. This is definitely end of the day smoke. This one gets an 8.5 from me. If the high had a bit more depth to it, then it would have scored higher. Excellent herb, I recommend it.

Cheese Paper (UK Cheese x Styrofoam Cup #1) bred and cultivated by @teamelitegenetics Appearance: My eighth was 4 nugs that looked almost just like short fingers. The coloring is mostly green, with hints and streaks of purple. Of course you can barely see any of the coloring through the thick, heavy blanket of golden frost covering the buds inside and out. The soft greens and violets blend harmoniously with the gold trichs and the longer, thick , almost carrot colored pistils and make for absolutely stunning flower.
Nose/Flavor: The nose on this girl is phenomenal. It’s hard to put words to. First off, she’s LOUD. I can smell it just opening the rigid box, even though the jar is closed. The nose on this one is layered. On top It’s this tart, sour gas, followed by an almost bitter smell i cant quite identify, but all together can definitely be described as cheesy. More of an almost sharp cheddar. The next layer is a sweeter, light dark berry, and underneath that there is this delectable doughy funk. It really is pretty incredible stuff. The flavor on this one leans more into a kind of sour, cheesy flavor on the inhale with a bit of berry herbal funk on the exhale. I personally got more flavor smoking out of paper than i did glass, but that could just be me.
Effects: This girl doesn’t just slap, she grabs a 10 lb sledgehammer, raises it up, and swings full force and cracks you in the forehead. I got immediate pressure behind the eyes, and i felt all the tension and stiffness in my muscles throughout my whole body loosen and melt away. The pain i feel in my back, hip, knees, and feet all but disappeared. There was a bit of euphoria, my anxiety and stress was gone, and i was just in a good, happy mood. Warning, this herb gave me a serious case of the munchies. This is kick your feet up, put on a comedy, and laugh until you fall asleep kind of smoke.

Onyx (OZ Kush x GSC) Permanent Marker #20

Appearance: Chunky, somewhat spear shaped nugs that are mostly deep dark purple with some vibrant green, bright orange hairs, and a seriously heavy coating of frost. This might be the frostiest connected/AL flower I have ever had. It is so thick in some spots you can see what color the flower is underneath. The nugs are super dense too. But they break down into perfect little fluffy piles.

Nose/Taste: This stuff is loud and funky. In the jar I get this loud stanky OG profile that is fighting with the permanent marker. They contrast beautifully and while I mostly picked up notes separating them, there are hints of them mixing in this really interesting way that create a bit of a profile is unique and that I really enjoy. I get lots of sour gas with a sherb heavy marker that creates an almost astringent cleaner type of thing going on. That flavor from a joint was a gassy perm with sour notes on the exhale.

Effects: This is some of the strongest connected herb I have had in quite some time. It hits hard and fast, and is without a doubt all indica. It’s a very heavy, almost narcotic like stone. You feel it though your whole body, almost like a muscle relaxer. I smoked a bit and it’s like all the tension I carry in my lower back just finally relaxed. It has better than average pain relief qualities, makes your eyelids heavy, is a serious appetite stimulant, and will have you stuck, glued to the couch with zero desire to get up and do shit. This is a fantastic end of the night strain.

Cakewalk (White Walker OG x Wedding Cake #47)

Appearance: My jar was all small buds, Christmas tree shaped, some a very lime green, and a couple green/purple. The buds are coated in a thick blanket of bright white frost, with bushels of short, bright orange hairs. There is a bit of density. Not too much, but definitely not airy either. It breaks down extremely well.

Nose/Taste: This is one of my favorite parts of this strain. Opening the jar you get smacked in the face with loud, musty, musky, pungent gassy vanilla with a light cookie dough backend. I smoked a bowl through my chillum that I really need to clean and I could still taste straight gas really heavy on the inhale, with a musky vanilla exhale. Towards the end of the bowl I got milky fruity pebbles.

Effects: As beautiful as this flower is, and as fantastic as it smells/tastes, the effects are where she really shines. This one is a serious creeper. I didn’t start to feel the effects until the bowl was almost finished. The ride up was slow and smooth, but once it hit, it hit fucking hard. It felt like I was smacked with a truck. This is not smoke and go out with your friends type of herb. This is smoke a little too much and you’ll have trouble dragging yourself to the fridge from your couch type herb. And with how much she creeps on you, it can be very easy to smoke more than you need. Your eyelids get heavy, and you lose focus on what you’re doing. I can’t tell you how many times I realized I had just spent the last 10 minutes staring at the TV and noticing I hadn’t actually taken in anything I had seen on the screen. This shit had me stuck on stupid in the best way. Decent pain relief, anxiety, stress, all that shit was gone. I was too deep into a hazy cloud in my mind to remember any of the shit I have to be stressed about. This one gets a solid 10 from me. I’m honestly considering grabbing another eighth before my dispensary runs out.

Just placed my first order with CSI. Does anyone have any experience running any of these strains?

Appearance: Nugs are on the smaller side, and both rounder and slightly Christmas tree shaped. The flower is bright, lime green with bright purple and violet hues streaking through the buds. She also has bushels of bright orange hairs, and a heavy blanket of snow like trichs. She is frosted inside and out.

Nose/Taste: She smells heavenly. Up front I get a fair amount of gas, cookie spice. Dig a little deeper and you get this sweetness with a light hint of pepper on the back end. Crack a bud open and she floods your nostrils with this loud, pungent earthiness blended with a hit of mint and a little bit of cream. The flavor through a joint just coats the inside of your mouth with earthy, pungent cream with a minty exhale. For me it’s mouth watering.

Effects. This is definitely a down the middle hybrid for me. Lots of euphoria, focus, and creativity for the first little while that settles down into a muscle relaxing, anxiety killing buzz that comes with a hefty bit of munchies, eventually settling down into a buzz that will help you drift off to sleep towards the end of the high. It’s a very, very smooth comedown. She’s fairly potent too.

Overall I give this one an 8.8, which is a solid score. The only place she really lost points was she didn’t really help much with my chronic pain, but that’s very much a me problem. Pain relief is one of the biggest reasons I use cannabis For someone who doesn’t rely on cannabis to help with daily chronic pain, I could easily see this scoring a 9.5 or higher. She smells and tastes great, and has solid, potent effects. Not to mention she’s gorgeous. I’m definitely happy with my purchase. Hope everyone is having a great day!!!!

Kuroge is Black Caiman x Chem D x SFV Bx x Chem Bx2. I could be wrong, but from what I was able to find, Black Caiman is Double Platinum Cookies x SFV x Chem D.

Appearance: Kuroge’s looks lean heavily into its chem lineage. The eighth was one huge, dense, spear shaped nug, and another one about half the size of the bigger bud. The buds are bright green, with some darker green spots, with bright orange to rusted orange hairs, and a shitload of frost. The inside also has these gorgeous, bright pink streaks along the deepest part of the guts. I can’t get over how beautiful these buds are. It’s hard to get good shots of this flower to show off just how gorgeous it is because a lot of the frost is in the guts, just below the surface area of the nugs. Crack one of these chunky, dense spears open and it looks like someone spilled a bunch of tiny, sticky diamonds all over the inside of the flower.

Nose/Taste: The nose on this stuff is absolutely incredible, which is to be expected considering the genetics. I haven’t smelled such a heavily layered nose on another strain since I first got my hands on caps cut of Mac 1. Opening the jar you get smacked in the face with heavy, almost pungent cookie earthiness. That cookie seems to be dripping with this loud, liquid chemmy goodness mixed with a savory, umami type gas mixed with a bit of piney forest floor. Cracking a nug open releases more chem, musk, and a bit of skunk with a hint of mint/menthol, and If you look hard enough you can even pick up a bit of meat in there as well. I love how this flower smells. Chem D has always been a favorite of mine, and there is tons of chem in the nose. I’ve only smoked a little, just a small joint but I really enjoyed the flavor. On the inhale you get lots of that earthy cookie soaked in chem and gas, and the exhale was more musk, chem, and a bit of the umami flavor as well.

Effects: This is just my personal experience, yours will likely vary, either a little or a lot depending on your personal body chemistry. The effects are fantastic. She is very much an indica heavy flower, but also happens to be one of, if not the most euphoric indica I have ever smoked. I’ve only smoked a tiny joint but after the little bit I did smoke, I was just so happy and in such a fantastic mood. My stress and anxiety all
melted away. It’s a good appetite stimulant as well. It gave me the munchies, but not so much so that I ate everything in site until I couldn’t move like some strains do to me. This strain has some of the best pain management qualities I have ever experienced with herb. I have something called haglunds deformity on both of my ankles, it caused extra bone growth on the back of my heels, leading to severe pain every time I take a step and my shoes rub against the growth. It also causes problems with Achilles tendon, which my right side now looks like a softball. This screws up my gait while walking, causing pretty serious pain in knees, hips, my back, etc. I smoked a little of this Koruge, and all that pain is GONE. I haven’t had any extended period of time where I felt no pain for more than a few minutes since breaking my femur and back in 2010. But I felt zero pain for a couple hours. Even after the physiological had worn off (again, I only smoked a tiny bit, I’m sure it could have lasted longer had I smoked more) It even helped me sleep better too. I really hope CAM keeps this one around for a while, because I plan on keeping a jar in my stash at all times as long as it’s available. Sorry for the deep dive into my issues with my feet, but I wanted people to understand the depth of how well this stuff helped manage the daily pain I live with. I had to share another short video of this Mithril (GMO x The One) bred by Mountain Organics. It’s too good not to. She’s all gas and used motor oil when you stick your nose in the jar, with a tiny bit of funk. If the jar is stilling in front of you open, she is extremely musty and very reminiscent of the old school cat piss, just not quite as sharp. Heavy, heavy indica effects. She’s a serious creeper but when she hits it’s like a truck. Everything slows down, chronic pain pretty much completely disappears, and all you want to do is put your feet up in front of the TV and stuff your face. I love this herb so much.

Mithril, bred and grown by Mountain Organics out of Sonoma county. Mithril is GMO x Eros. Eros is I believe the Thai leaning phenotype of “The One” (1976 Highland Thai x 1976 Kandahar Afghan) To me at least, this one is special. This has to be my favorite pickup since moving to California in 2021.

Appearance: Long, finger like buds that are pale/lime green with long, thin, bright orange hairs and a seriously heavy coating of creamy white a golden trichs. She is so beautiful in person, and pictures will never do her justice.

Nose/Taste: This is a strain for all the gas heads out there. Stick your nose in the jar and you get pure, straight up gasoline mixed with used motor oil, and just a touch of funk. Give the nugs a little squeeze and you get just a light hint of dankness. With the jar open just sitting in front of you it is surprisingly reminiscent of the old school cat piss, just not quite as sharp. No candy here. No sweetness. No fruit. Just straight up old school nasty gas and funk. Through a joint I get heavy gas, funk, and this really interesting bit of an herbal taste I can’t quite identify. But the nose translates to taste pretty well.

Effects: She is straight indica. To quote Nicky Barnes from American Gangster, “That shit is way, way, heavy” And she is crazy heavy. The effects come on slow, but by the time they fully hit you can feel her turning your eyes red and trying to glue them shut. You get this super heavy hazy effect where time an everything else just slows way down. My chronic pain all but disappears, I get a wicked case of the munchies, and I’m just mellow and happy. She’s got great legs too. This is perfect kickback, put your feet up, and throw something funny on the TV. Just make sure it’s not something you need to pay too much attention too, because you will probably lose focus. Smoke too much, and you’re falling asleep before whatever you’re watching is over. This shit is POTENT. This is the kind of weed those after school PSA’s used to warn us about. The kind that had you acting like a damn fool, laughing for hours at nothing, eating everything in sight, and wasting your entire afternoon sitting on your ass, red eyed staring at the TV.

I cannot say enough good about this herb. I could not be happier with it. I rarely give anything a 10/10, but this one is above a 10 in my eyes. Sorry for the photo dump, but it was hard picking just a couple pictures.

I need some help figuring out what CAM strain I should grab after work. I'm looking for something loud and gassy. Some shit that turns heads when you crack the jar open. And I'm looking for a heavy indica too, something to help me sleep. Right now I'm leaning towards the bubbas girl. I've heard great things about it. Has anyone had their peak pressure? The genetics definitely got my attention. I had their gmotion a little while back and it was a gush mints cross and it was some of the danker bud I've had in a long time. I had the brain dead not too long ago too, but I don't remember much about it other than it was a heavy indica.I appreciate any recommendations out of the three anyone can make
