what is the best pep for lean bulking i’ve seen so many things on tiktok and wanted to ask here too

I took the plastic cap off and like a metal ring came off too, i don’t think there is any leakage i alr took 1mg of reta but idk if that metal little inner ring is supposed to come off

If a college does not require a counselor reccomendation, what do they automatically report to said college? Because my counselor literally does not know me so idk what they have to say about me besides the things on my transcript

Hey am i cooked, i have 0 stem letter of recs from a stem teachers as not particularly close with any stem teachers and all of them are very strict with who they write letter of recs for. i have 2 humanities who i was really close with who im sure would write well written ones for me. i plan on majoring in CS

I got 2 Bs my second semester (one an 85, one an 89) in AP stats, and AP calc BC. (i got an a in ap calc ab) I am taking all AP / college classes (all weighted the same as a 4.0) and have a 1520 SAT, i’m also taking a college class over the summer that will bring my GPA back to a 4.6. so i will probably be applying with that gpa, i want to go to places like georgia tech and idk how bad this affects my chances. My safety is NC STATE (instate) and my reach is columbia. am i cooked? i was an all A student prior to this minus one 89 in AP world history freshman year
