I hate our architecture

Recently i ve been through various places in tunisia, i ve noticed that our land is insanely rich and beautiful, not because its our country, but its actually world class typa beauty, i was passing through gafsa and seen the dry mountains that look like texas, through beja in the north and it looks almost like switzerland, through kasserine and lkef and the rocky mountains look so ancient and ethereal.

BUT then i enter the cities, the most horrible overcrowded cheap poorly designed stingy fucking architecture possible.

Tight roads, houses are stacked next to each other and no house looks like the other, yejour w 7jar w rarely anyone has a garden or trees in front of his house.

I kept just imagining the wide and cozy american architecture on our land and its breathtaking. Wide roads, houses with lots of space for a proper sidewalk and a garden. Just damn

Ausbildung with B1 level ?

Hello everyone,

I'm a non EU citizen, living and working in germany has been my dream since i was a teenager.

after i graduated high school, i started learning the language, it was hard because i had an unstable job with chaotic schedule, and i couldn't quit otherwise i wouldn't be able to fund myself and my german courses.

I tried to pass the Goethe B2 exam, sadly i coudlnt succeed for 2 times in a row, mostly because of the oral exam because i dont have anyone to practice with. and now getting the B2 has become a real issue for me as it's costing me a lot of time and effort while im in very uncertain conditions.

so i wanted to ask:

is there any ausbildung for which the B1 level is sufficient ?

could a strong cv with courses and experience compensate for not having B2 ?

Thanks in advance !

Took my first ritalin pill 2 hours ago

Hello. Today i took my first ritalin pill ever after being diagnosed with adhd.

The side effects weren't so bad, just dry mouth , a bit of headache and my stomach turned a bit atfer the first 30 m . As for the concentration and adhd, i could feel that there is something different but i can't tell what it is.

How do i put it to the test if its working or not ?

Were you ever scared of medications ?

i was diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed ritalin, my first dose is tomorrow, but somehow im anxious about the idea of chemically manipulating my brain. and ive read online that some folks get really bad side effects like getting sudden $uicdal thoughts, or extreme fatigue and depression after the meds effect were off. also, in some cases of misuse of meds, psychotic episodes - while rare - could still happen. i know this is not common, but regardless of the logic behind it, the idea is kind of disturbing for me and i wanted to know if anybody felt the same and wants to share their experience

Tunisians with ADHD/ pharmacists, i need ur help

I was diagnosed with adhd yesterday, got prescribed ritalin as med and its nowhere to be found near me ( el mourouj). I want to know if there is anyone consuming the same med to find out where it's available.

And my other question is whether the pharmacist will sell it to me outside of el mourouj ?

ADHD + anxiety + functional depression

I recently became convinced that i have adhd after denying it for so long. And i accepted that only when i hit the rock bottom in my life. I used to cut corners my entire life, so i was surviving and had no reason to seek help. But now and for the first time in my life, im confronted in a situation where there is no smarting around or cutting corners, a situation where long boring work is the only solution, and thats where i admitted that i can't.

Due to a massive decline in my lifestyle and watching my peers and friends get ahead of me in life, my adhd has created secondary effects such as intense anxiety ( no panic attacks ) and functional depression where im always tired and hopeless but pretending not to be.

My question is for people who have the same problem, how did stimulant medications work with you ? Did they solve most problems ? Did they amplify your anxiety ? Were you prescribed two medications such as anti anxiety medications + stimulants ?

A question for Tunisians with ADHD

Is there anyone who got diagnosed for adhd here and is currently on medications , if yes , then do you have any recommendation for a good psychiatrist?

And also, how much did it cost you overall to get diagnosed and start the treatment?
