My current hyper fixation is on Bradley Nowell, who was the lead singer of the band Sublime. This past Monday was the 30th anniversary of his passing due to an opiate OD. I’ve always enjoyed the band’s music, but this anniversary and his son reviving the original band has really sucked me in and the surrounding story is really effecting my mental health in a negative way. Half of me wants to find a way to shake this and stop being depressed about a guy that died 30 years ago and the other half just keeps listening to Sublime’s music 24/7
