GGG, please make skills on uniques tied to character level, or at least no increase it's required level.
From the reveal and the unique teasers it seems that it is still the case that uniques with skills are increasing in level requirement the higher the skill level, which kills leveling uniques and and makes switching to a build enabling unique happen super late and having you swap between the same version of a unique every few levels.
Please change it to scale with character level of another solution you have cause that aspect of uniques is not fun
