MacBook Pro Mid 2015 15-inch model. This backlight issue comes and goes. Sometimes it fixes itself after a while, and sometimes closing and opening the lid temporarily resolves it.
u/logankilpatrick As a student developer, I trusted your "Spend Cap" to protect my budget. It failed. Just A single prompt on deep-research-max-preview used 6.3M tokens and generated a $42 bill, blowing past my $9 limit in under couple of minutes. No Budget Alert warning either.
Calling this a "Spend Cap" that "blocks usage" is deeply misleading if it cannot stop a single execution. Please fix this trap before more students are hit with bills they cannot afford.
