Anxiety

My aura migraines are mostly caused by light sensitivity. But they scare Me so much all I do all day is worry a light I look at is going to make me have one.
Anyone else have this bad anxiety ? How do I help it. 🙏 thanks

Migraine aura.

Hi, just looking for people with similar experiences.
I have been Getting aura migraines (no pain) since I was 17 (now 30) and I used to get them once a year but now once every 2 months. They scare me so much and I’m so worry it will happen when I’m alone with my daughter 😭 they are light activated. The second I look at a super bright light. What do I do. Thanks

Also I get migraines that always last 3 days. Left Temple migraine. But these are very painful. Not with the aura.

I also have an anxiety disorder.
Living with my auras makes life so hard.

Thanks

Lifetime Prozac

I know for a fact I need to be on Prozac the rest of my life. I went off and had severe panic and anxiety attacks and almost lost my job.
Does anyone else get nervous about the fact they NEED a medication like this to live?
I’m also a mom. Thanks.

Upping Prozac

I’ve been on 10 mg Prozac for seven years, but it’s not working as well anymore and my anxiety is back. I had panic attack attacks at work and I’m scared to go back to work.
I’ve updated to 20 mg and it’s been a week and I feel slightly better but when will it fully kick in?

Thanks

Advice please - upping meds

I have a question for anyone that wants to give their opinion -

I was on 10 mg Prozac for seven years and then went off and it went terribly. I’ve been back on for two months, but still not back to where I was at all so I’ve gone to 20 mg last week. Will I get back to where I was on my Prozac or will it not work the same anymore that I went off thanks.

Suggestions for Prozac

Hi, I am just looking for some advice from someone who might’ve had experience with this.
I was on 10 mg Prozac for seven years for my panic disorder and it really helped. So much that I got off of it in February this year.
By the end of the month of March I was having severe panic attacks at work again. Even tho I thought I was feeling really good up until the attacks happened.
I can’t drink any alcohol or caffeine without feeling some anxiety now.
I’ve recently been on my 10 mg again for about two months and I’m still feeling quite panicky but no actual panic attack attacks.
Why isn’t my medication working like it used to?
I recently updated to 20 mg last week and I still feel panicky throughout the day.
Does anyone else think this will get better overtime or do I need to switch to another med??
My doctor is dumb, which is why I’m asking Reddit thank you.
