can’t sign into avion rewards

Hey all, i recently set up an RBC chequing account and linked it to an Avion Rewards account. However, it is not letting me sign in on the app or on browser (I’ve even tried resetting my password). I see that there was scheduled maintenance for this morning but I tried yesterday and just now and nothing. Any advice?

AC Cargo?

Has anyone flown their pets through AC Cargo (cats and dogs)? I am flying my labrador to Newfoundland from Alberta next month and am a little unsure on the water and feeding requirements.

From AC Cargo:
- The water container must be present and affixed within the shipping container with outside access for filling. It should not require the opening of the shipping container allowing potential escape of the animal.
- Kennels will not be accepted for carriage if there are water bottles or receptacles attached to the outside of the cage door.

So, does this mean that her water dish should have an opening on the outside of the door to pour water into or not? Also what kind of dish should I use for food if they can’t open the kennel door to feed her?

Any and all info would be so so helpful! Thank you!

need advice/tips!

hi everyone! this is my first broken bone so bear with me. on 05/02 i fell down the stairs. went to emerg and was told it was a sprain or achilles tear. went for more imaging and ruled out the achilles tear. i got more imaging from my GP which showed a nondisplaced posterior malleolar fracture. mind you i’ve been in an air cast this entire time with little to no guidance from any doctor. i finally saw ortho today and had even more x-rays done which confirmed the tibial fracture as well as a deltoid ligament injury.

just looking for some advice or tips on how to make life easier cause i am struggling!!!

edit: i do have crutches as well as a knee scooter but my good leg constantly cramps up from using it so much to boost myself.

edit #2: i should say, ortho has recommended conservative management and is referring me to physiatry so i am hoping to hear from them in the next week or so.
