Decided to make a new one for s16.

Tier list assumes that you will generally pick the champion vs almost any matchup and not just when its good. Ofc you probably wont pick jayce/vayne in to malphite or camille vs renekton.

It includes your entire game plan / how difficult it is to execute it (if its possible and you didin't just get absolutely matchup gapped), not just laning phase.

If a champion is horrible, that doesn't mean its hard to play it or execute his goal (he jus't can't do it because he is horrible, like sett doesn't become hard when played vs ranged champs just because he has no real way of getting on top of them).

Order matters, but the lower tiers were only somewhat ordered.

The tierlist is made for higher elo's(diamond/master+), but most of the things apply to lower elos as well.

Order doesn't matter, worst matchups are malphite(ban on blue side), followed by varus/draven/yorick.

For reference, peaked 650lp in s15, ended 300.

Got to 900lp gm in s16, but I dont think that matters.
