See the reel on how she is struggling to express her condition to a psychologist. It is heart breaking.

My question is, if her condition is not fixable even after years, how will she marry? Whom will she live with for the rest of her life? Who is there to take care of her when she needs care?

What will she do when she grows older, past 40, past 50, past 60? Won't she feel lonely? And what do guys in this situation do?

I have since seen a family counsellor online from Oppam. Why? Because my folks take counselling lightly.

She told me to make some time to communicate freely, do an empty chair technique where I imagine talking to my wife and she answers. Then call her and talk.

Here I understood that she is very reasonable in her demands. And I will work towards supporting her more. She has issues with managing 2 kids instead of 1. Her mother seems to have 4 hands - she takes care of her mentally challenged brother who is now 35 but has the capacity of a 9 year old, handles her father who is in the egg sales business and bathes and sleeps with one kid.

I don't know what she wants for the long term. She has mild depression but is not taking any medicines and refuses counselling.

Best of all, she likes to keep me guessing as to what her intentions are. Some revenge is in the planner, maybe...

BTW, I'm almost obese, on Mounjaro and feeling like shit. Full time Nausea, fullness and loss of hunger. But it's all for the good.

I saw a reel about this today and decided to continue the convo here... There is an organ in women that is solely for pleasure, nothing else. Yet, why is the orgasm so elusive in women?

We men may need some video stimulus and some action to orgasm within 10 minutes but my wife has never orgasmed in her time with me. She does not like oral sex and handjobs do not do the job even after 15-20 min. And a sore hand.

I am a sufferer of anxiety and depression for the past 15 years. I want to help her but I'm always tired and feel more pain than normal people. Still, I help her. We have 2 kids who are 4 years old, one girl and one boy. She feels overworked but does not agree to a maid for hygiene reasons (no outhouse).

She does not seem to love me... There is zero intimacy. I just want basic intimacy but she does not reciprocate when I try to hug her.
