I have never been a kohls shopper and this summer I tried it out for the clearance events and discounts for back to school items. I am SO glad I never shopped there before. The way they do their discounts and Kohls cash in the system if you happen to return something is insane! How have they not had a lawsuit yet?

Hey everyone! Has anyone heard an update on the Kroll AT&T settlement? I thought the agreement happened months ago but I still haven’t received anything.

Also, have you ever used chariot claims?

I was away on summer vacation for July and had someone watching my house. Apparently while I was gone a process server showed up and "served me" even though I wasn't there and gave the papers to the friend that was at my house.

I got home Wednesday this week and had yet to even go through everything from while I was out of town. I got the mail and there was a notice from an attorney that they submitted an application for default to the court. So I then started looking through all the rest of the mail.

The paperwork that was served is for LVNV funding for $2600. It says that it's for a car loan that I missed payments on and was repossessed and sold. The thing is I have never had a car repossessed so I have no idea what to do here. I had a car loan years ago but someone rear ended me, the vehicle was totaled, and I had GAP insurance and it's been like 4 years since that happened. After it happened I was gifted a car by a family member so I haven't had a car loan at all and I pulled my credit, there is no car loan.

I don't know what to do. If anything had ever showed up about this debt I would have requested a debt validation because it is for sure not mine. But now that it went this far while I was gone, how do I even approach this?

I'm taking my daughters to the game tomorrow night and just learned it's hello kitty night. I never attend baseball games and know nothing about these special nights so I was hoping y'all could help me out.

I did not get the seats to get a bobblehead, I didn't even know that was a thing lol Will they sell Hello Kitty Diamondbacks merchandise at the game? If so, is it something I need to show up early for?

I have had a small shop in the past. I made Childrens clothing but I also designed teething products and had them manufactured and had a shop that was basically baby/childrens clothes, pacifier clips, teething toys.. etc.

I closed that business a few years ago because I was tired of sewing and being a slave to my sewing machines and felt burnt out on the teething stuff. I had 2 year old at the time I closed up shop and just wanted to focus on her. Since then I started print on demand, I design different graphics and do shirts and hoodies but I also design graphics to sell the files of only.

My now tween daughter would like to start a business. Her dad wants to give her money for it. She wants to do a patch bar.. hats customized with patches, the chains across the front, patches on fanny packs and backpacks or denim jackets etc.

She and I have been talking about ways to do this together to kind of maximize our customer base. I have ZERO desire to sew anymore unless it's just putting on patches but not outfits at all, thats a huge no thanks.

I was debating getting back into the silicone beads and just doing a different approach, instead of baby items maybe do like silicone bead lanyards and keyrings. maybe patches for hats, bags, jackets then also Maybe some denim or flannel with printed patches/appliqué on the back.

I can buy printers and heat presses, I'm just not sure what direction to go to make it not just a hat bar.

I personally take Saffron and really like it, I use the you theory brand mostly because of its other ingredients. I want to get a saffron for my 7 year old and am looking for recommendations. Something in a gummy form would likely be the best choice. She is good about taking tinctures and gummies but usually doesn't like if I add a liquid or powder to something like juice, she won't drink the whole thing because the flavor.

Any brand suggestions you have tried and liked for your kiddos?
