Question about freebies quantity

So I like to make pixel art of the idols and hand them out in packs. Last December, I made 40 packs of Katseye and was shocked how the first 40 people I encountered took all 40 packs. I felt bad because the 41st person didn't get one and they looked disappointed.

Question is, how many packs do people typically give out? Should I make? 50? 100? I'll be doing this for Le Sserafim, Mamamoo, and IVE. I don't know what the norm is for people that give out freebies.

How to get ride of those horizontal lines?

I feel like I've tried every paper setting as well as paper types and I just can't get rid of those horizontal lines. I have Epson 8550 and it's only 2 weeks old, but has been doing it since day 1. Regular paper tends to be fine, but this is on sticker paper. I've tried a variety of brands, but it does the same thing.
