Enhanced s video through VGA adapter options

Are there any alternatives to laser bear or wiring your own for S video to vga adapters for the n64 for enhanced s video? Part of it is the availability but also the shape of the laser bear one seems somewhat bulky

On a side note i noted the retrorgb page on the adapter shows a different model, was that an old design of it?

Gdemu mount issues

I just installed a gdemu i got from aliexpress with a mount (also from aliexpress). The fit of the sd card extender on the mount is less than stellar and i ended up just connecting the sd card directly into the gdemu. My concern is that this may risk frying the sd card over long use, and its hella inconvenient to pop everything open every time i want to add a game.

Ive seen posts talking about it being an sd card extender pin issue rather than a ribbon issue, but i guess is there a consensus on this often being the case and if so would a new cable just handle it? How have you guys been fitting the extender in?

I was considering getting the mount from laser bear industries as it seems more angled like the cubeode mount to help relieve the spacing issue but id rather get some feed back from yall before spending $25 on a mount

Are there any good HD15/VGA switches for the 4k?

I am trying to connect both a dreamcast and an N64 via enhanced S-video (using the laser bear adapter) the 4k but im hoping to avoid having to switch between the two (specially considering that swapping HD15 cables is a bit of a pain). Im wondering if a manual HD15 switch paired with a audio jack switch an the retrotink HD15 to HD15 cable to connect the switches to the HD15 port on the 4k work and if the Enhanced S-video would travel through the switch and cable to the 4k?

I know its a Frankenstein of a set up but my goal is to have everything connected via switches rather than having to swap

Hdcp issues with ps3 and the 4k

I know this has been asked before but it seems every link I find is either not available or spotty at best. Basically Im trying to connect the ps3 to the retrotink but the hdcp knocks the quality down significantly. I currently solved this by just plugging directly to the tv but it alters my set up and I want to try and get the retrotink 4k scaling on it. I just want to know what the current solution people are using is.
