Do I really need to take both Praxis tests for Advanced Clinicals/graduation?

I'm sorry if this question has already been answered somewhere! I've already completed my Basic Skills Praxis test(s) and have been cleared for Early Clinicals. However, when I look at the handbook, the Praxis required for WGU graduation is different than my state's licensing requirements (WGU calls for the Praxis 5039, and my state calls for the Praxis 5038). I actually completed the 5038 and passed it over the weekend. Am I really going to need to take the 5039, too?

I've asked my advisor this question and have not received a response. Just wanted to ask here in case I get a faster answer from you guys!

EDIT: I had a meeting with my one of my region's clinical coaches this morning (my mentor was useless, by the way; they just redirected me to the clinical coaches). WGU is revamping the requirements for state licensure and WGU graduation, and I will NOT have to do both.
