Hi. I used to go to therapy and had meds a few years ago for depression and anxiety. Ngayon, may naeexperience ako na symptoms. My friend is suggesting na bukod sa usual, parang OCD na yung experience ko. Is it worth it to get reassessed ng psychiatrist? Or halos pareho lang ba yung therapy and treatment? Expensive kasi eh :(((
Hi! First time buying expensive hiking shoes and I bought the size that felt most comfortable around the foot. The salesperson said that a bit of heel slippage is fine, but now I've been reading through the internet that there should be no heel slippage at all. Can't return the shoes as I've removed the tags already. What to do?
Addendum: I just realized that the shoes dont have the second hole required to do the heel lock knot. 😭
