Yet another rogue buff discussion I know. I was in the side that she was fine and her counters were too overtuned, but with Dino releasing, I think its becoming glaringly obvious she cant stay in her current state.

What do yall think? and what buffs would u say she needs? I say free her up and let her be as mobile as cap, flying between brawling and diving
