I keep getting login Prompts in my ms Acc and if I click Deny on the prompt it won't show the activity in my account

Me, 15 mtf , got broken out of a 6 month relationship with my partner, who also was my cg. They blocked me out of nowhere and I even begged my friends to ask what I did wrong. The last messages I remembered were I love you and If I could call them bubba, after that no response and then in the morning got blocked. This is 4 days ago and I can't get over it :(
