Do you guys still trust Google reviews that much?

Lately I feel like it’s getting harder to tell what’s actually real; sometimes a business has amazing reviews and it’s great. Other times it feels totally different once you actually deal with them.

As a small business owner, I’m curious how everyone else sees it now.

Do Google reviews still affect your decisions a lot?

opportunity (women creators 18-30)

Quick update haha - recently I made a post about expanding our internal UGC creator database and got way more replies than expected (mostly from gen X creators)
But I realized I forgot to mention the age range we currently need.

Right now we’re looking for women creators aged 18–30 for a beauty/cosmetics brand project (product gifting)

You don’t need a huge following or tons of experience - lifestyle, skincare, beauty, “clean girl”, wellness vibe are welcome.

If interested, please comment here and I will provide a link to apply.

Thanks!

Any skincare/cosmetic brand owners here?

What’s actually bringing you the most customers right now?

Ads, TikTok, influencers, organic content, retail, word of mouth, etc?
Feels like it’s different for every brand lately.

Does anyone else feel like content creation never ends as a business owner?

We recently started offering monthly content packages at our agency and honestly didn’t realize how common this problem was until now.

The idea is pretty simple hehe:
brands send us their product and we handle everything else — models, UGC creators, photo/video shoots, editing, AI content, formatting for socials, etc.

Then they just get a batch of ready-to-post content every month instead of stressing about what to post next week.

Most of the brands we work with right now are beauty/cosmetics, but I feel like a lot of small businesses probably struggle with the same thing.

Curious what other industries you think would benefit from this kind of setup?

Feels like a lot of business owners are stuck in a constant cycle of:
“okay… what do we post now?”

UGC creators needed for our internal database 👀

Help needed! We've been running into the same issue over and over again lately - finding good UGC creators for client projects takes SOooo much time.
Different brands need completely different vibes, styles, age ranges, aesthetics, locations, etc. and sourcing creators every single time from scratch honestly slows down production a lot (50% of the "creators" never answer.
So right now we're building our own creator database/ network for future projects👀
Projects can vary a lot: skincare & wellness, jewelry & fashion, lifestyle content and more.
So even if you think you're "not the right fit" - still apply.
A project that matches your vibe might come up later.
We work with both experienced creators and people who are just starting but have good energy/on-camera presence hehe.
If you want to join our creator database -comment or dm.
Feel free to drop your TikTok/IG in comments too🤝
