My GPU is an Radeon RX470 Nitro edition and has 8 pins but the PSU has the pigtail or Daisy chain cable and are 6 pins both of them plus has the 2 pin connector. Also the PC turns on but also my keyboard and mouse aren't turning on. Any help would be appreciated.
I also know this is usually a common problem and you have to check the RAM and stuff.
Well i had an PSU issue cause my pc had started a few days ago to give me the kernel41 error restarting my pc and before it i already had issues even before with this old pc. Last year was SSD. Also I wanna point out that the PSU I had that came with my bought pc from someone selling prebuilt had issues like after shut down it would turn back on and that was sometimes or rarely. Aside of that this is the pc and i am not sure if all the cables i put are okay or not. And the last picture is the old PSU
As for the specs are:
Intel i7 4790
16GB DDR3 RAM
Radeon RX470 Nitro edition
SSD 512GB
HHD ? Not sure how much GB it has or to remember.

My laptop is from my dead aunt and the other day while i started to use it this sound came and I'm worried cause i don't have money for services and stuff and also today i had cleaned the fan but it was clean though and nothing dirty also here's how my laptop sound
So i had taken out my old PSU that had V230 and the new one that was on another pc i had checked back in 2024 has 200-240V

If you all don't know check please my other post so you guys understand the situation and also i don't have money right now for service nor a job to buy a newer PSU. My pc is old i don't wanna put money in.
I had today installed java 17 after dealing with minecraft error code 1 and after installing this java from the oracle themselves i started to get error message saying "You're pc ran into an problem and needs to restart" also doen on the screen said kernel or something like that.

GPU: Radeon RX470 (nitro edition) i think
RAM: 2 sticks of DDR3 8GB
The PSU i don't know also the pc was bought brebuilt from someone.
