

Xiaomi 15T – Green‑screen defect after 3.5 months + zero support
I bought three Xiaomi devices during a trip to Macau:
Xiaomi 15T Black 12+512GB
Xiaomi 15T Rose Gold 12+512GB
Xiaomi 15T Pro Black 12GB+1TB
After only 3.5 months, one device developed a green‑screen defect.
What followed was an endless email ping‑pong between Xiaomi Germany, Xiaomi Global, and Xiaomi Macau/HK. In the end, I received no support at all and had to pay for the repair myself.Even worse, my personal data and IMEI were forwarded twice to private email addresses, which is a clear data protection issue.
