How do the master ball/JCS/PTC league systems work for players in Asia looking to qualify to worlds? Are they in person events or online? I know that there aren't circuit points the way vgc works, can you complete across multiple asian leagues to qualify? Thanks everyone ahead of time for the help!

Hey all! I'm trying to get a group of my league friends into HOTS. We play from Vietnam so I'm assuming we should play on the Singapore server. We have 10 people so we can do 5v5 stacks but in the downtime when we aren't all available we were wondering what times the servers are actually playable. I've sat in queue for over 20 minutes at times, is the ranked mode still played and if so which server and what time of day might we be able to actually find games?
