meal prep tips

Hello everyone, I’ve been building a service that helps simplify weekly meal planning by creating personalized meal plans and turning them into cleaner, easier grocery lists.

The reason I started working on it is because a lot of people are trying to eat better, save time, stay on track with their goals, and reduce the stress of constantly figuring out what to cook and buy every week.

I’m still refining it, but I’d genuinely love to hear from people here — what’s the hardest part for you when it comes to meal planning, grocery shopping, or staying consistent with food?

it costs 0 and is free. DM me to try it! i need 10 people to try this and tell me what they think

I built an AI meal planner that generates your entire week so you actually stick to it. Free beta.

I built an AI-powered meal planning app called Auster, and I’m opening it up for people to try.

The goal of Auster is to make weekly eating feel a lot less overwhelming. Instead of bouncing between calorie trackers, recipe apps, grocery notes, and random meal ideas, the app is meant to help you build a full week of meals around your goals, food preferences, and lifestyle — then turn that into one clean grocery list.

What Auster is trying to improve:

  • Personalized weekly meal plans based on your goals, preferences, and restrictions
  • Simpler grocery shopping through one consolidated list built from the full week
  • Less food waste by reusing ingredients across meals instead of creating a huge random shopping list
  • Less decision fatigue so you spend less time figuring out what to eat
  • Smarter meal adjustments so the plan can stay coherent when meals are changed

What I’m mainly looking for feedback on right now:

  • Do the meal plans feel realistic and useful, or too generic?
  • Does the grocery list actually feel simpler and easier to shop from?
  • Do the meals feel like something you would genuinely want to eat and repeat?
  • Does the app feel clear and intuitive, or is anything confusing?
  • If you care about macros, does the planning feel like it actually supports your goal?
  • What feels missing, weak, inaccurate, or frustrating?

This is still an early version, so I’m not looking for fake praise — I’m looking for real feedback that helps make the product better.

If you’re someone who:

  • meal preps
  • wants to eat better
  • wants to simplify groceries
  • wants help staying aligned with fitness or nutrition goals
  • or just hates figuring out what to eat every week

I’d really appreciate you trying it and telling me honestly what works and what doesn’t.
