I've seen those things above people usernames I think on basically every subreddit I've been to. Its like the thing that says answered/unanswered here but for usernames. I saw it be called a "flair" once and id like to know if that's correct and how you get one of those. ​

Is there anywhere else I can do it? Been here five months and just discovered karma. I tried ask reddit and my comments disappeared, so I'm assuming no?
