Is this root rot?!

Hi all need a little help here. Recently (past month or so) my plants have had leaves that turn very brown and wilted/mushy and basically rot and fall apart. Is this a sign of root rot or something else? It is only happening to my Pothos and Pilea peperomia. I repotted one just the other week and all the roots look fine. It’s very weird as I water them bi-weekly or so, only when the soil completely dries out and the leaves look thirsty. I let them soak up as much as they need from the bottom, then drain, and place back in their pots (I make sure they’re never accidentally sitting in water). Pictures are of the brown rotting leaf on the pothos, and other pictures are of the affected plants (have binned the other leaves). Any tips would be appreciated!

New Thai Cons!

Hello all, just wanted to share this beautiful Thai Constellation I picked up yesterday from facebook marketplace… I’ve never had a plant this big and can’t stop admiring it! Just wondered if there’s anything I should keep in mind when caring for a plant this size/any tips for Thai Cons in particular? 🪴 ☺️
