Planning to commission a necklace for my birthday. Would an 18K yellow gold chain and bezel setting complement the sapphire's colour (https://www.misfitdiamonds.com/collections/sri-lankan-sapphires/products/0-62ct-6-96x3-49x2-46mm-cut-corner-rectangle-step-cut-sapphire-27721-03)? Or would an 18K yellow gold chain and platinum bezel setting work better? I wear both metal colours.
Any thoughts/suggestions welcomed!
My new Tod’s Di Folio tote bag (medium-small) just arrived today! It’s from the 2025 pre-fall collection. The strap drop is a little shorter than I like (an inch longer would have been perfect), but not too much of an issue as I am petite and I don’t intend to wear it with chunky jumpers or coats.
I have three other bags on rotation currently (for work and running errands on weekends):
Dragon Diffusion Triple Jump in dark brown (mini)
Tod’s Di Hobo bag in tan (small)
Ferragamo East-West tote bag in teal blue (small)
The quality is great for the price, as I got the bag at 50% off on Farfetch. And I love the colour! But at the end of the day, it is still a luxury purchase, and I am wondering if I am just adding another similar-looking bag to my collection. Any thoughts are appreciated!
