From my previous post about the massive hill in the back yard. There is another lot with a cliff in the backyard. Is this better? Which would you choose?

Hello,

Looking at a new build, will be complete in one month. It has a hill in the backyard and limited spaces will this cause any damage due to drainage?

Thanks!

Edit - the builder is putting a swale trench in on greenhouse and retaining wall on the other. Is this enough ?
