goverment solutions (consult)

I am permenantly banned have already reached the support with verification i am have been waiting for maybe 20 days nothing is happening
so i decided to reach the goverments solutions that i am hearing about in reddit Like GAC for indians or legal sheild in usa and these things unfortunately the country i am living in is not providing this kind of services but i have a close relative who is an american citizen can i have some way to use his id to fill the form? or even can i let him fill the form himself?
I don't know what is the exact route of the process to determine whether i can manipulate them or not that's why i need a second opinion
and sure i don't know how will the claim be exactly for someone to claim on their account in usa with a jordanian account 🙂

stuck in chat support

I had a yes or no option everytime i want to speak to an agent i click on the same message since 5 days now when i click on it it show's me what you can see in the second photo "select an option from meta's most recent message"
but surely there is no recent message just agent joined and left

I am losing hope

Permenant disabled account since 5 days i know it's not much but i am so concerned as i talked with meta support verification already but i am stuck for 5 days with a bot and case still in review someone told me it will never get back
I start to really lose hope like do permenant account really get back? i don't think so i am not trying to dissapoint anyone my account is was my life really no exagerating and to make it worse my account has been reported from somone who really hates me
is there a hope? after 30 days i guess there is no account to be recovered am i right?
i don't know just came to my mind as i am really drain-minded

Problem with meta verification enhanced support

With no much talking i have subscribed in meta verification to help solving my permenant disabled account i already told me that they have monitored my case to internal office in meta to review it
the problem is since three days the agent has left my chat and i am stuck with automated reply who literally copying the same message for three days from the support history bannel i can still see my case opened and says it's still in progress but i can't open a new chat it tells me that i am already in a chat and i have no visible option to end it as you see in the photos

permentant disabled account recovery

I have had my account disabled a week ago(reason of it is that someone for personal issues has reported and flagged me and i have an evidence of it but it's written in arabic)
I have appealed and got rejected which lead to my account get permenant banned
I subscribed for meta verification in other account got contact with an agent who monitored my case to internal office in meta
I can still see my case in review for 3 days the chat between me and the agent is now automated just a boot copying literally the same message which told me to wait 24 hours since three days
The question is how can i end the chat or start new one as when i try to it tolds me that i have a chat already
