Day 1 of Aunt Flow and appetite suppression is back, productive again, moving faster, focused, all meds working again SMH This is damn ridiculous.
The change is so dramatic!! PMDD can go kick effing rocks. I'm so over this every month😫. My mind and body are literally like okay back to business.
I would like to use my time off earned at work to be able to take a week off at a time for a vacation but I am unable to do so because PMDD, every month, steals it. I'm so sick of calling in to work because I am unable to function.
Good gracious - Between these two meds, my goodness, I am not hungry at all. I'm going to try and make myself eat a boiled egg for dinner. I had hummus and pretzels for breakfast with coffee. I literally cannot eat anymore.
