Video for reference to help. I’m very new so go easy please lol I knew this wouldn’t be a piece of cake but struggling to know what exactly I’m doing wrong.

Beans are single origin, medium roast, date roast of 05/07. I am using a wdt tool, spring loaded tamp, and puck screen. Any advice will help, almost done with a whole bag of beans trying to figure it out!

Currently grind is at 2.7-2.8

Unexpectedly fell in love with this bag today! I didn’t know if the price was worth it so ultimately didn’t get her but can’t stop thinking of it. What are the chances this one goes on sale after summer?!

Sorry if this has been asked before! I am brand new. Willing to spend more if I should just get a bigger machine..but don’t want to be too overwhelmed. Should I also be buying a different porta filter with this specific machine? Any other items I need? All advice I will take! TIA
