I'm a UK Amazon seller. Margin kept disappearing and I couldn't see why. So I built a tool.
I run a small wholesale operation on Amazon UK. Like a lot of sellers, I spent most weekends buried in spreadsheets trying to figure out what changed in my margins that week. Some weeks I'd be down 8 points and I'd spend hours guessing — ads? A fee change? A competitor selling under me? Storage aged surcharge? FX move? I never really knew.
So I built something for myself. It pulls in Amazon data, Keepa history, my actual COGS / prep / shipping / PPC spend. Then for every ASIN it answers four things, every day:
What happened (profit up or down)
Why — pinned to the dominant cause (ad spend, fee change, BB loss, price drop, refund spike, COGS, storage, FX)
What to do (fix it, kill the listing, hold steady, or scale)
How urgent
I built it on Bubble. I'm not a developer. This has been a long, slow project, almost done now.
It's not a dashboard. There are plenty of those already, and they weren't the problem. The problem for me was always "what do I look at today, why, and what's the move." AllProfitIQ is a daily ranked to-do list per ASIN — that's it.
What it isn't:
Not "AI-powered magic" — it's rules and your data
Not a Keepa replacement — it's a layer on top
Not a course, Discord, Guru method, or mindset group
It's for sellers who already know how to source and ship and just want sharper decisions on what's actually profitable.
If you want to be in before launch, the waitlist is at allprofitiq.com. Pricing lands at £19/£34/£49/mo depending on order volume. No upsells.
Genuinely happy to answer questions — what it does, what it doesn't, what it looks like — in the comments.
