Just wanted to share my positive RMA experience since I see a lot of people share their negative experiences.

Bought a multitool off Facebook for $20. Brought a battery, tested that it worked and made off with it. Only later realized the tool head bolt was actually missing, never owned a multitool before so I didn’t notice it was gone until I bought a blade for it separately. Saw it was only like $12 for a replacement so that alone wasn’t much issue.

What made me RMA the tool was the trigger switch suddenly dying on me. I saw this as a common complaint online so I wasn’t terribly surprised from a used tool. Decided I may as well see if the product was still under warranty and to my surprise it was. Submitted the RMA, printed my label, shipped it out to FedEx, got the tool back in two weeks with a new switch and bolt installed.

Now it’s just time to get my $20 worth out of this multitool.

Would like to get Monk’s Head Wrappings in OG Demon’s Souls. SL is 220. Can drop pure bladestone etc if ya want it.
