Another real-world reverse engineering project using the Creality Raptor Pro + Scan Bridge! 🚀

Today I’d like to share another real industrial application of the Creality Raptor Pro.
The goal was to scan this mechanical part to develop a custom mold for a deburring machine. Using the Creality Scan Bridge, the scanning process was fast, stable, and captured an excellent level of detail, resulting in a high-quality 3D mesh.
After scanning, the model will be used in the reverse engineering process to design and manufacture the mold with the accuracy required for this application.
This is a great example of how 3D scanning can speed up industrial development, reduce design time, and improve the accuracy of the final product.
I’ve been using the Raptor Pro daily on real engineering projects, and I look forward to sharing more practical applications with the community.
Is anyone else here using the Raptor Pro for industrial or reverse engineering applications? I’d love to see your projects!

No laptop today… so I improvised and used my phone as the display for scanning.

Setup used: Creality Raptor Pro + Scan Bridge.
For this project, I performed a 3D scan of the hydraulic pump housing from a single-engine aircraft. Even without a laptop, I was able to monitor the entire scanning process in real time directly from my phone.
This is one of the biggest advantages of having a Creality scanner: mobility and flexibility to work in different situations without depending on a complete setup. I completed the entire capture process in the field using only my phone as the display, and later, when I got back to the office, I transferred the scanned data to the computer to continue the reverse engineering process for manufacturing the gaskets. 🔥
A simple, portable, and highly efficient workflow for engineering and manufacturing applications.
Has anyone else tried using the Scan Bridge this way?

3D Scanning an Automotive Seat Structure | Raptor Pro + Creality Scan Bridge

In this video, I’m showing a workflow where I scan the structure of an automotive seat using the Raptor Pro with Creality’s Scan Bridge.
The goal is to demonstrate the system’s mobility, capture speed, and data quality for applications in reverse engineering, product development, and capturing complex geometries.

From 3D Scan to Manufacturing | Reverse Engineering Workflow with Creality Raptor

Hi, everyone! In today’s video, I’m showing the complete process of 3D scanning a part, using the Raptor scanner from Creality. I performed reverse engineering, created the drawing, and based on it, the part was sent for machining and fabrication. I hope this helps those who work with reverse engineering and product development!
