I´m close to giving up on my shortfilm

This was my first semi-professional short film to shoot, and it´s been a year already and it seems its just not ready to be screened, i feel like this was a mistake, missing lines, plot holes, sound mistakes, i feel like i shouln´t have filmed it and whenever i´m close to end the final cut, there´s something wrong either i realize or my producer does, half of my crew moved on from the project or just left, i have no resources to re-shoot, my producer wants to re-shoot and add stuff budget and resources can´t cover up, i´m desperate because i don´t want this project to be left on "stand by" for another 6 months until my production team takes action, i´m losing all hope
