Ryze pack!
Some thoughts on his design: i went with body because i feel like orange nails the scaling part of his kit, and i think he is one of the most physical mages in the IP, (losing to Sylas maybe). I feel like his signature is slightly off the color pie, and i had some other ideas for it, but i feel like this is ok enough.
Yes, his legend would work with start of turn channel, however it would only draw one card. Yes, it is a strong effect, but i think it is justifiable as the legend does nothing else.
A cool feature of "rune wielder" Ryze is that he could turn retreat into a combat trick, if you were at eleven runes.
An alternate version of his legend is "If i am empowered, when you channel one or more runes, you may channel an additional one, if unable, draw a card" but then its empower costs would go up to 9e1p

Operadora derrubando minha internet, legalidade/o que fazer?
Olá, estou passando por uma situação atípica com a minha provedora de internet e gostaria de entender quais minhas opções.
É legal a derrubada "automatizada" da minha internet pela provedora com a justificativa de "tráfego anormal"?
O tráfego anormal no caso se dá pelo uso de um programa de torrenting (Stremio), específicamente em apenas um dos computadores da rede (ambos possuem o aplicativo). Tal fato foi confirmado quando liguei na operadora e o tráfego voltou a valores "normais" quando o app foi fechado.
Também rodei o Malwarebytes em ambos os computadores, pir confirmação, o que não alegou nada.
Eu posso demandar que cessem a interrupção do fornecimento nesse caso? Existem outras formas de resolver o problema? Já tentei limitar o tráfego do Stremio manualmente no server settings (arquivo.json) mas não foi suficiente.
