My brain has made another illogical connection and I am spiraling. I caved and had some ice cream last night even though I absolutely didn’t need it. Today at work my boss basically put me and everyone I work with on an email to say how terrible I have been at my job. I have only been there 6 months and it seems like all of a sudden he has these expectations and needs reports on things I was not trained on and was told was not part of my duties. Also he’s asking for stuff that he said was designed for my coworkers to do and is now angry that I didn’t do it. I feel so bad and I’m so afraid of losing my job. But also my brain has decided this is all because I ate ice cream last night.
