I just spent 45 minutes on a single job application. Not because the questions were hard. Not because I was being thoughtful and careful. Because after uploading my resume they made me manually type every single job I have ever had into boxes that are somehow smaller than my will to live.
I mean the resume is RIGHT THERE with all the information, why should I have to retype everything again?...SMH
HMU if interested
