I am working in a software service agency and i found a pattern in latest services what we got. Last 4 new project that we acquired were ai softwares. Meaning softwares built with AI tools like bolt, lovable, emergent, v0 etc. The founders were facing many issues like scaliing issues, performance issues, features were not wroking as intended, broken features, bad user experiances etc. The founders were in numb state because some of this softwares were paid subscribtion based softwares and their users were complaing about this. Then they contacted us and we fixed and delivered. The main issue that we found during the meet with founders is they thought it works for them so it could work for everyone. But the fact that everyone needs to understand is each user or person thinks and processes their thoughts and understanding differently. So their actions and how they use softwares could also differ. If anyone had such experiance happy to hear.
We have like 3 strategies for such cases

1. Emergency bug fix - Broken login, a crashing API, payments down. We stop the bleeding first.

2. Code & security audit - A full read of what's broken, what's exposed, and what it'll take to make it safe — before it costs you.

3. Production migration - Off the prototype and onto real infrastructure — proper database, auth, and hosting that holds under load.

Then we sat down and thought about how we could increase our organic leads and visitors and increase our company's visibility.

So we did re-invent all and added more images, media, backlinks, and assets to our site. The next step was to register in search engines. We registered in google, bing, Yahoo, etc. then we started the waiting game. Then one day, we got an email from a potential lead; then, day after day, we started to get more and more.

Now we are getting almost 4-6 new leads every week from which we are able to convert it to 3-4 projects monthly
