Can I get NIE cse at 133xx rank in round 3

I have lately seen much hate regarding BIT and there is also something happening with NIE and VTU affiliation, so I am really confused with my preference list. My rank is 133xx and I am a GM candidate.

My R1 preference list was BIT NIE RVITM JSSSTU SIT CMRIT. I got cmrit in R1. Now I am confused about what to change in this list, declining BIT placement, NIE affiliation with VTU.

I am confused in making my preference list. I got 13.3K rank in general merit and I don't know which college in best. only thing I want is good placement, idc about college life and other things.

I might be joining some college through comedk so I want to know what are the annual expenses, like self need things, PG pricing and are there any hidden college fees(apart from 3.22 lakh mentioned on comedk wesite)

Hey, I want to know how is ece department here. I might get ece with 13k rank according to 2025 data. So is ece department good and how is placement in core field. Do companies have initiated filtering criteria of >75% in 12th boards

I got 13k rank in comedk general category and I might get cybersecurity in 4th counselling(according to 2025 data) so is cybersecurity good in bit and what are the placements here. I got 72% in 12th and 90% in 10th and if I maintain a good cgpa can I get around 8 to 10 lpa package.
