Unemployed done with this job market, I live in a new area in the city, where a lot of construction is happening, new apartments & townships.

Thinking a retail shop of construction materials would work here.

There's a new shop of pipes & plumbing opened here.

And a shop is available to rent beside this shop.

And there is no paint shop here, nearest paint shop is 2kms away.

Am I thinking in a correct way ?
