Does anyone ever connect their console to ethernet or wifi? (Online situation)

I'm thinking about bringing a console to campus, and wonder if it's viable to play multiplayer online games like Fortnite here. Any suggestion about ethernet or wifi would be great!

Using it as a primary device

As a S26 Ultra and IPhone Air owner, I have to say that this phone is absolutely immaculate for edc experience. The thin factor that this phone is mindblowing compared to previous Iphone generations. It reminds me of the early Iphones that were this thin. After Iphone 6, Apple was slowly thickening the base to improve its internals without considering thinness. I stopped owning an iPhone after having had iPhone 8 back in 2018 because of poor user interface and navigation control, which pushed me back to Samsung for years. 8 years later, I decided to give iPhone a try, particularly the UI concept of Ios 26 liquid glass was really cool and smooth at glance. And my friends who own an Iphone would message on iMessage. I would miss out on the imessage games during lunch. The battery life, on the other hand, takes a major hit in daily usage, especially it’s on cellular most of the time whenever I’m outside with friends. Though I have never much needed to use a powerbank unless it’s deep below 10%. To maximize more battery life, I set up automation to turn on low battery mode whenever battery is below 20%. Even so I can last till midnight to charge this phone. No worries!

Long story short, I love the on device AI processing wth Ios 27, including the contextual awareness of my screen when setting up reminders and reading emails at hand. On multiple occassions, I’ve had to create numerous reminders and update them up quickly given the lack of context because of misinterpretation, and Siri AI gets the job done with clarification. It is incredibly impressive than Samsung and Google requiring online processing for AI lol. I couldn’t create reminders directly on my Samsung as the notifications are messy enough that the reminders would get buried without me caring to see them. The 12gb ram on this device will surely lat for many years.

I wouldn’t go too much further detail about why I also own S26 Ultra. I’ll explain that in a different subreddit apart from me being a legacy Samsung user.

I listen to music almost every day, wearing airpods, and watching stuff on my phone. The speakers are somewhat decent. I didn’t mind the sacrifice of having a mono speaker. I wouldn’t choose the Iphone 17 pro or the pro max because they’re very heavy enough that my small hands wouldn’t want to hold them out for too long. The pro specs are already similar as the Air except battery life, cellular modem, 1-core less in gpu, and missing lidar sensor.

Overall my IPhone Air is lighter than my S26 ultra, and its lightweight design got me so comfortable wearing it for a very long duration of time without having to notice the weight.

For continuing students, how do you guys feel about returning to campus after hearing about the overcrowded attendance in housing and possibly classes?

The title explains itself.

Were anyone able to switch out their dorms this school year? Any other housing updates going on particularly?

For a while now, the housing department sent us multiple emails about on campus housing cancellations with deadlines extended further thrice. And I tried emailing to them a few weeks ago about changing dorms due to personal circumstances, yet they were unable to accomodate the change because all the rooms remained unavailable. Does anyone else experience this issue or have an update?

Does anyone have Haik for math024?

Lowkey what are the pros and cons for this professor? I already checked RMP, and the facts sound so contradicting
