Item shipped without tracking number?
Hello,
I ordered an item on the 17th, and its status was changed to shipped the very next day on the 18th. However, I cannot seem to find the tracking number anywhere. I checked both the desktop view and the mobile app, but the tracking number is completely missing. I already contacted customer support, and they confirmed that it has indeed been shipped. Still, it feels quite weird to me because receiving a shipment confirmation without a tracking number is a first. Has anything like this happened to any of you guys?
