Anyone have recommendations for centers / techs in NYC? Specifically those that are good with brown skin is a plus!

Hi all, I'm wondering if folks have advice on what specifically to look where when seeking out a clinic for leg hair removal? Specifically, are there certain lasers that work best on brown skin? Anything else I should ask the technicians before committing?
